The nearest resale condo, The Skywoods, 7-years-old, is now transacted around $1,400-$1,500 psf. However, when I check on Propertyguru listing, there is only a handful of units listed for sale.
On the other hand, the most recent new launch condo – Dairy Farm Residences launched in 2019, may obtain TOP in 2023. The record price is almost $1,900 psf! This really scared me off when I first saw this price tag in 2022!
