And the most recent project nearby, Kent Ridge Hill Residences, 99-year-leasehold, but further like 10 minutes to the MRT. Launched in 2018, and the highest record already hit over $2,000 psf.
So, I expect the decent and new freehold condo, Terra Hill will be selling around $2,500psf.
