However, according to EdgeProp Analysis, the highest land price doesn’t translate to the highest breakeven cost for the developer.
Surprisingly, Lentoria has the highest breakeven cost, followed by Hillock Green, Lentor Modern, Lentor Hills Residences, Lentor Garden.
And the project with the lowest breakeven cost is the most recent land bid, Lentor Central.
Hillock Green pricing could be on par with Lentor Modern, which is around $2,100psf.
