Lentor Modern stands out with the highest land price at $1,205 psf ppr.
Because Lentor Modern is a mixed development situated directly above Lentor MRT station.

However, according to EdgeProp Analysis, the highest land price doesn’t translate to the highest breakeven cost for the developer.
