Among the 3 new roads, Bidadari Park Drive road is the major road that will serve as the main transportation spine of Bidadari.

Eventually, it will traverse the full length of the new estate, from Bartley Road to Upper Serangoon Road, serving residents throughout the estate.

The Woodleigh land price costs $1,181 PSF per plot ratio.

So, the developer may price it from $1,7xxPSF onwards.

But, having this price tag will face tough competition with the new launches nearby, especially Park Colonial.

However, I believe that we can still command a premium over the rest.
