Executive Condominium (EC) projects have achieved top sales in today’s market.

Buying EC is like buying a private property at a discounted price.

ECs have similar quality and facilities as the private condominium, yet ECs are priced lower and eligible first-timer buyers qualify for grants from the government.

From the chart above, it indicates that Lilydale (Executive Condominium) which is initially priced at 33% to 46% lower than those private condominiums nearby.  However, after 10 years it has attained similar price with all the private condominium.

There are still some EC projects that no Resale Levy payable for second timer, such as The Amore, The Terrace, Waterwoods, Bellewaters, Lakelife and Bellewoods.

Wandervale is one of the most extremely rare EC which located in the matured estate of Choa Chu Kang whereby just less than 10 min walk to MRT and shopping mall. And yet, the price of Wandervale is still lower than the rest.

About 50% of the units are sold during the first launch date on 5th March 2016.
